Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Key Account Administrator to join a fast growing company in Grantham. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of of processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall efficiency of all functions.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain accurate records
2. Take payments over the phone
3. Answering customer calls
4. General office administration duties
5. Support team
6. Build relationships with customers
7. Provide quotations
Ideal candidate:
8. Experience using CRM
9. Previous experience from similar / furniture industry
10. Proficient using Microsoft package
11. Customer service experience
12. Administration experience
13. Organised
14. high attention to details
15. ability to negotiate

Salary £28.000 per annum increasing after 6 months
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
