MTrec Commercial are proudly supporting our market leading client Denise La Grassa, who are seeking a motivated and attentive German-speaking Customer Service Advisor. The company provides industry leading training and progression as well as the chance to work as part of a close-knit friendly team of customer service professionals.
Responsibilities
* Taking inbound customer service calls.
* Handling a range of administration tasks.
* Translating material for the German market.
* Delivering a great customer experience for German-based customers both via email and on the telephone.
* Account management.
* First contact resolution of customers and clients queries, requests, orders and complaints.
* Provide support to the team.
* The role will be working Monday to Friday 8:30–17:00.
The Person
* Fluent or professional level German is essential.
* Previous experience in customer service.
* Positive and motivated attitude to work.
* Desire to succeed and develop.
* Customer focused and attentive.
