Regulatory Change Consultant | Country-wide projects | £600 - £700 a day inside IR35
Pigment is a Change & Transformation Consultancy. We partner with other consultancies to form blended one-team solutions, in order to solve complex change across critical environments such as Central Government, Defence, and Utilities.
Due to continued success across our utilities portfolio, we are currently seeking a Consultant with strong knowledge in regulatory change in the water industry (Ofwat / AMP Cycles / RAPID gates), who can assure and advise our clients around their adherence to regulations as they move through the delivery and proposals of new water resource solutions (reservoirs, dams, etc.)
Please note that this is not a delivery-focussed role, as our consultant will not be delivering the change required but rather advising and assuring them in their adherence to regulations in order to move through their delivery of water resource solutions.
