Teaching Assistants Required – Primary & SEN Schools Across Kent

Teaching Personnel are seeking experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support Primary and SEN schools across Kent from September.
We are working closely with a range of schools that require passionate practitioners who can provide high-quality support to young learners with a variety of additional needs. These roles are ideal for candidates who have experience working with children and young people with complex learning, behavioural, communication, and physical needs.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or within a similar educational support role.
* Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including complex needs.
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Full-time availability from September.
* A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners.
Locations
We have opportunities available predominantly in:
* Maidstone
* Medway
* Dartford
* Chatham
However, we are keen to hear from experienced Teaching Assistants and SEN practitioners from across Kent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
