The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our team on a self-employed basis.
You will play a key role in guiding clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they secure the most suitable mortgage and protection solutions aligned with their financial goals and circumstances. Building long-term client relationships through exceptional service will be central to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs
Manage the full mortgage application process from initial consultation to completion
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients
Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and professionalism
Requirements
CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
Proven experience within the mortgage industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet role demands
A strong client-centric mindset and commitment to outstanding service
