Overview
* Work closely with both the Commercial Property and commercial litigation departments, ensuring a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload.
* Manage your own corporate workload, including negotiations, transactions and corporate governance.
* Collaborate with other teams to cross-refer work and provide seamless client support.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders.
* Deliver strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's corporate practice.
* Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in corporate law.
* Proven track record in delivering high quality transactional work.
* Strong technical ability and sound commercial awareness.
* Confident working collaboratively across teams while building client trust and delivering value.
* Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Well-established, independent law firm known for a client-focused approach and professional rigour.
