We are looking for 2 x trainee welders for a grounds working company in Rugby. This is a hand's on, physical, heavy, manual and all weathers role working within a company that makes metallic bars and cages.
You will be learning how to weld, working with hand tools, tape measures and following basic drawings.
This site is covered however the sides are open meaning its great in the summer, but you will need to dress depending on the weather so if it's cold then you need to wrap up warm.
To be considered: you need to live local to Rugby, have some form of manual factory experience and be confident with hand / power tools.
This role offers you:
· £12.21 p/hour (rising once perm)
· £18.32 p/hour for OT
· 42 hours paid for a standard full week.
· Full training on a valuable new skill.
· Job security - this WILL lead to a permanent job.
