This is your chance to influence the direction of a bold, dynamic brand, working closely with the Head of Design and Head of Brand to bring fresh ideas to life—while staying true to the brand DNA.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the design process from concept to creation across key brand categories and drops.
- Research seasonal trends and present compelling design direction to senior leadership.
- Push boundaries with innovative fabric and garment construction.
- Lead and mentor mid and junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with overseas suppliers and travel for development and production.
- Ensure compliance with children’s safety standards and technical specifications.
- Work closely with Product Development and participate in fit sessions.
- Plan future ranges and support recruitment for the design team.
What You’ll Bring:
5-7+ years’ experience in fashion design.
A degree in a fashion or design-related field.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and technical packs.
Experience mentoring and leading design teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
