What you’ll do
1. Work under the supervision and guidance of the Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance (Tech GRC) manager and drive security compliance initiatives across Adobe focusing on service readiness and security audits for EMEA security compliance certifications
2. Contribute to building Adobe’s Compliance Program in EMEA
3. Contribute to the expansion of Adobe’s Common Control Framework adoption throughout the organization, while actively refining and improving the framework to meet evolving needs and industry standards
4. Perform Information Security related assessments to cover domains like Infrastructure Security, User Access management, Network, OS & Application Security, Databases, Encryption, Backup Management, Disaster Recovery and Physical Security
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security compliance risks
6. Document audit procedures performed ensuring audit methodology is consistently followed and conclusions are appropriately reached
What you need to succeed
7. Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience in Information Security/Cyber Security or related field
8. CISA, CISM or CISSP certification is a plus
9. 5+ years of relevant work experience in GRC, Big 4 Compliance Advisory, Cyber security, Risk Advisory, or Internal Audit
10. Experience with EMEA regulations like SecNumCloud, BSI C5, SPANISH ENS preferred along with good understanding of frameworks like SOC2, ISO and NIST
11. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other Cloud infrastructure
12. Proficiency in both written and spoken French is preferred
13. Possess confidence, good judgment, energy, and personality to work in a dynamic, multi-business unit environment across all levels of management and across business units and functions
14. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
15. Ability to look ahead, anticipate questions, independently assess risk, and think critically and creatively
