As Sales Manager, you’ll lead the branch sales function across both the sales office and trade counter, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales growth and profitability. You’ll be a confident and approachable leader with a strong sales focus and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with all departments within the branch, you’ll develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and create a proactive, results-driven sales culture. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term customer relationships Driving sales, margin and new business opportunities Managing sales enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries Leading, coaching and motivating the team to achieve targets Negotiating confidently to secure profitable business Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and company policies and procedures Supporting efficient branch operations and stock management If you are sales and results driven, a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and flexible, positive and able to work under pressure, this could be the role for you!
