Electrical Operations Manager – Peterborough
Salary: £50,000 per annum. Location: Peterborough (work within 30 minutes of home address – additional travel paid).
As part of our Homes compliance team you will proactively manage compliance obligations as a landlord, overseeing electrical installations, lifts and lifting equipment to keep our customers safe and our properties compliant.
* Oversee electric installations, lifts and lifting equipment.
* Ensure safety and compliance of the property portfolio.
* Manage compliance risk for a social housing provider.
* Build strong relationships with contractors and specialist consultants.
* Ensure technical specifications and standards are met.
* Use data to deliver exceptional performance and continually improve service.
Requirements:
* Outstanding technical knowledge and experience managing compliance risk.
* Strong compliance background and familiarity with regulatory responsibilities.
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Discipline AM2.
* IEE Wiring Regulation 18th Edition (C&G).
* Proficiency in data utilisation for performance improvement.
