Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in operations management within a high-end hospitality environment, preferably with exposure to lounge or bar operations. This suggests a pattern of successfully managing daily workflows and ensuring service excellence.
* Comprehensive understanding of Japanese beverages, including sake (various classifications, production methods, and serving etiquette), shochu, and Japanese whisky. Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes specific to these items is highly valued. This indicates the candidate possesses a specialized knowledge base crucial for the role.
* Proven ability to ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety standards, and licensing regulations relevant to food and beverage service. Experience in implementing and maintaining compliance protocols is essential. This highlights the candidate's understanding of critical legal and safety aspects.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and consistent quality control. This emphasizes the need for strong interpersonal abilities to work across different functions.
