JOB TITLE: Service Desk Administrator
LOCATION: Royston, SG8 6DN
Hours –8:30am to 5pm (no hybrid working)
This is a six-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role

What we are looking for as a Service Desk Administrator:
7. Demonstrable experience of working within a helpdesk, customer services or call centre environment previously preferred
8. To be organised, with good attention to detail
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced/pressured Service Desk environment
10. Self-motivated with the ability to set oneself tasks when working in a team, as well as individually
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Good time management skills to work under pressure and to deadlines
13. Pro-active with the ability to think on your feet and for yourself
14. Ability to adapt task priorities in response to changing or reactive requirements
15. Demonstrate sound decision making when taking responsibility for tasks
16. Accurate data entry skills
About the Service Desk Administrator role:
17. General administration/office duties including preparing documents, producing files and filing
18. Incoming phone calls & emails over various inboxes
19. Allocation of works to engineers based in the South-East of the UK
20. Working to response times to meet contractual SLA agreements
21. Monitoring dashboard data to ensure we are meeting contractual SLAs
22. Job sheet processing, including forwarding completed reports to clients & uploading to customer portals
23. Requesting site access and arranging Permits for shopping centres, landlord managed buildings etc
24. Any other required work within the role
We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
