The successful candidate will be the strategic conductor behind a finely tuned orchestra of purchasing, production, packaging, warehousing, and sales.
This isn't just planning-it's precision. The Demand Planner will be a key voice in the team, influencing decisions. From collaborating with the Managing Director to engaging with key customers, insights will drive performance, compliance, and innovation.
Responsibilities
* Craft and execute master production schedules aligned with long-term forecasts
* Lead cross-functional coordination across departments and geographies
* Translate commercial forecasts into operational reality
* Balance short-term responsiveness with long term strategic planning.
* Champion S&OP meetings and communicate risks, wins, and opportunities
Requirements
* Have experience in planning and supply chain gained within manufacturing.
* Ideally have experience in a regulated environment.
* Be a strong communicator and influencer across all levels
* Be analytical, organised, and relentlessly proactive
* Ideally have ERP/MRP expertise and export logistics know-how
* Influence high-level strategy and decision-making
* Thrive in a collaborative, regulated, and fast-paced environment
What We Offer
* Salary to £45,000
* Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am- 4.30pm.
* 25 Days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.
