We are currently looking for an Early Careers business partner. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in designing, leading, and delivering early careers programmes, not someone who has only supported early careers recruitment activity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how apprenticeships, graduate schemes, placements, and education partnerships operate end-to-end in practice. Someone who ran early careers programmes designed them delivered them managed graduates apprentices etc Good with senior stakeholders Coaching line managers Understand rotational programmes different apprenticeship programmes Highly organised Basically what we're looking for is someone who ran a range of early careers programmes in a large company doesn't have to be nuclear or infrastructure Maybe private or public sector experience not colleagues etc maybe the likes of BT or Hiscox or AXA etc Doesn't have to have done hr for a very long time 2 years minimum experience in a Early Careers Business Partner role (or similar) running a variety of early careers programmes from apprentice level 3 to graduate (industrial placements etc) Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants.
