Opportunities
This role offers the chance to complete a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship (England & Wales).
As a Sales Assistant, you will:
1. Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction, being friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
2. Respond efficiently to till queues to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
3. Process till transactions securely, quickly, and accurately.
4. Maintain product availability and replenish stock as directed.
5. Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment.
6. Live the company values, focusing on individual responsibility and teamwork.
7. Handle cash and operate tills accurately and efficiently.
8. Implement store changes and promotions in a timely and precise manner.
You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including shifts.
