Here’s the standard bit: You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and developing teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles; taking responsibility for your quality of teaching and related curriculum development that meet learner needs, whilst assessing learners progress in college or on work experience and devise assessment processes against highly personalised progress targets. What you’ll need to be: - Enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated. You will hold an honours and Masters degree in Criminology and/or Psychology. You will need to evidence Literacy and Numeracy to at least a Level 2, a Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ (or equivalent) and Certificate in Education/ PGCE/PGDip. In addition, you must be able to evidence current Continuous Professional Development.
