Location: Covering East to West Midlands
Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 + Overtime + Van + Fuel Card + Excellent Benefits

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Servicing, breakdown repairs, and remedial works on air conditioning and HVAC systems
* Fault finding and diagnostics across mechanical and electrical building services
* Covering sites across the East to West Midlands
* Participating in a 1-in-5 call‑out rota (£75 per standby)
Requirements
* Proven experience as a multiskilled air conditioning engineer or in commercial HVAC services
* Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. FGAS certification, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence
Package and Benefits
* £42,000 – £46,000 basic salary
