Job Description
We are looking for a TOP (taking over package) Manager, working for a leading EPC on a project in Pembroke.

- 6 month contract
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless transition and handover of our construction projects. You will play a critical role in upholding our stringent quality standards, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and fostering clear communication channels between our construction team and clients. Your in-depth knowledge of construction site practices and project management will be instrumental in delivering projects that consistently meet or surpass client expectations.
Key responsibilities, accountabilities and decision ownership:
1. Ensure construction phases meet quality and regulatory standards.
2. Maintain accurate, organized documentation for client handover.
3. Act as primary client contact during transition, addressing inquiries professionally.
4. Coordinate stakeholders for smooth handover of assets and information.
5. Identify and resolve defects promptly with project team.
6. Ensure compliance with UK regulations, codes, and safety standards.
7. Mitigate risks to avoid delays or complications.
8. Collaborate with teams and subcontractors to align handover expectations.
