_Position Summary_ _Nuveen is in the early stages of establishing its Global Wealth/Retail business, building on its market-leading brand in the US. The Wealth Client Services Senior Associate position is a critical part of the building process, supporting the delivery of scalable EMEA Wealth servicing capabilities and an exceptional client experience to support Nuveen's growth aspirations in the channel. Working closely with Distribution, Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Investments, this role focuses on operational excellence and client service execution._ _Primary Roles and Responsibilities:_ _Client Service & Relationship Support_ _Support the onboarding of funds with new distribution partners, inclusive of FinTech platforms, by coordinating documentation and communications throughout the process in collaboration with Product, Legal, Compliance and Distribution teams._ _Serve as a key point of contact for platform providers such as Allfunds and Clearstream, ensuring Nuveen funds are accurately represented and accessible to interested prospects and clients._ _Manage inbound client requests and mailbox correspondence efficiently, ensuring collaboration with Distribution to resolve all client queries in a timely and professional manner._ _Support regular fund offering and investor onboarding for Nuveen's international employee investment program_ _Develop strong working knowledge of the dynamics between Nuveen and its Transfer Agents and Service Managers, building operational and technical expertise in associated processes, and escalating issues as necessary (e.g. account opening delays from advisors)._ _Data Management & Documentation_ _Maintain accurate representation of Nuveen's UCITS platform and associated data across external databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Lipper, FE FundInfo, Morningstar) and internal systems (e.g. RFP repositories)._ _Support Distribution and Product teams with the preparation, coordination and maintenance of marketing and regulatory documentation._ _Ensure consistent and accurate record-keeping across all client onboarding activities._ _Lead the documentation and maintenance of recurring processes, and training of the Reporting Team to ensure smooth transitionMonitor and maintain data accuracy across multiple internal data applications_ _Operational Excellence & Process Improvement_ _Identify opportunities to improve client servicing and data management processes, and recommend enhancements to relevant teams and management._ _Support compliance with evolving regulatory requirements by assisting Product and Legal/Compliance teams with related projects and communications as directed._ _Contribute to strategic initiatives, new product launches, and change management activities by handling associated client communications and operational tasks._ _Stakeholder Collaboration_ _Work collaboratively with European clients, distributors, and platforms to understand their needs and provide responsive service._ _Assist in client onboarding activities to ensure adherence to service-level goals and consistent approach across each client channel._ _Provide feedback on internal projects aimed at improving infrastructure, services, digital strategy, and reporting from a client perspective._ _Identify service issues and work with colleagues across teams to resolve them efficiently._ _Support sales teams on new business development initiatives by providing timely responses to queries and helping to address operational barriers to new business._ _Experience/Capabilities:_ _Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the investment management industry_ _Experience in EMEA wealth/wholesale/retail distribution or client service with a strong operational focus_ _Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and analyze issues with guidance from senior team members_ _High degree of accountability and exceptional attention to detail_ _Collaborative working style and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions and regions_ _Strong client service orientation with a proactive approach to meeting client needs_ _Technical Skills & Qualifications Required:_ _Educational Requirements:_ _Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution_ _Industry Experience:_ _Previous experience in client services and/or fund operations is preferred_ _Familiarity with wealth distribution channels and platforms is advantageous_ _Computer Proficiency:_ _Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint_ _Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce_ _Ability to craft effective prompts for conversational AI tools is advantageous_ _Comfortable learning new systems and databases_ _Communication Skills:_ _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_ _Ability to present information clearly and professionally to internal and external stakeholders_ _Detail Orientation:_ _Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail_ _Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple workstreams_ _Capable of multitasking to meet client
