We are seeking a Reception and Administrative Support Associate to provide excellent front‑of‑house and office assistance.
Reception Duties
* Greet visitors and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence.
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
* Coordinate visitor sign‑in procedures and issue passes.
* Liaise with couriers.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures for visitors.
Administrative Support
* Prepare and distribute internal communications and documents.
* Book meeting rooms and manage room calendars.
* Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Assist & support other departments with ad hoc tasks.
* Update internal contact lists and directories.
* Assist with onboarding new staff (e.g., issuing access cards, welcome packs).
* Help organise company events or meetings.
