The Role
As a member of the Business Development team, the Inside Sales Specialist plays an essential role in supporting the sales cycle and the overall Lead Management process in coordination with both the marketing department and the account-based marketing framework. This individual is responsible for facilitating incremental growth by delivering qualified opportunities from various lead-generation sources to the field Business Development team, while also serving as the primary point of contact for Customer Experience.
What we are looking for
* Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK
* Highly organised and motivated individual
* Experience in sales/marketing, customer-facing or customer sales management experiences
* Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office tool set (MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint), CRM (Salesforce.com preferred), internet search engines
