The Role
As the senior technology leader, you will guide the technical vision, set long-term engineering strategy, and ensure the platform remains robust, scalable, and innovative as the company continues to expand. You’ll collaborate closely with product leadership, commercial teams, and customers to ensure technology decisions directly support operational efficiency and outstanding fan experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a distributed engineering organisation, cultivating a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with product leadership to align technical delivery with strategic objectives and customer needs.
* Strengthen platform architecture with a focus on performance, resilience, and security as the company scales across multiple markets.
* Build and maintain a clear, outcome-driven technology roadmap that supports both immediate priorities and longer-term growth.
* Oversee international engineering partnerships to ensure high-quality, efficient, and secure delivery.
* Work directly with early-adopter customers to test new ideas, validate assumptions, and accelerate innovation.
