Head of Private Wealth Solicitor
Location: Oxfordshire / Cotswolds within a 60‑minute commute from our offices in Oxford, Wallingford, and Chipping Norton.
Base Salary: Up to £120,000 DOE plus individual and team performance bonus, company profit share and an extensive benefits package including an EV vehicle.
Reporting to: Directors. Career Pathway: Associate Director.

* Able to deliver high‑quality legal services with outstanding client care.

* Excellent IT skills and a strong desire to learn new ways of working.
* Professional appearance.
* STEP qualification highly desirable (which we support).
