Learning Support Organiser

Lancaster and Morecambe College is seeking a Learning Support Organiser to coordinate and monitor the provision for learners with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying the needs and barriers faced by a caseload of learners, ensuring the most appropriate study support plans are in place to maximise their academic achievement and personal progress.

You should hold a teaching qualification or be willing to achieve one, as well as a Level 3 qualification in Numeracy, Literacy or another relevant vocation.
