About the role
We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to provide additional support interventions to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in mainstream secondary schools across Lincolnshire. The positions are on a supply basis, short-term or long-term, full and part-time to start September 2024.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant – Lincoln Open Day you will:
1. Have previous, recent experience working with young people.
2. Have previous experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Be confident and have a positive approach that engages students in their learning.
3. Have excellent behaviour management skills.

Salary
£85 to £100 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
