Duties in this Deputy Manager role include:
* Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff
* Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
* Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met
* Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.
The ideal candidate for this Deputy Manager role will be a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN. You will also have prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home.
