THE ROLE
As our store's brand leader, you will lead, manage, and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. This role extends beyond the store walls, focusing on building a community of AllSaints fans and customers in your area, whether shopping in-store, online, or through partnerships.
You will be responsible for delivering the AllSaints experience, supporting concession partnerships, engaging with the community, and ensuring excellent in-store service. The role requires strong time management, resilience, multitasking, and determination to meet customer journey, financial targets, and business updates.
Leading your team of managers and stylists, you will focus on upskilling and equipping them with the skills to succeed and achieve sales targets while providing outstanding service that makes customers feel valued. Building strong relationships without relying solely on hierarchy will be essential, as you will influence and partner with local concessions and the community.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
* Equip and motivate your team with product knowledge, brand strategies, and updates to deliver an inspiring in-store experience.
* Develop your team through annual appraisals, recognizing achievements, identifying areas for improvement, and setting objectives.
* Plan and execute monthly floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales across categories.
* Lead floor walks, including at director level, with a clear understanding of your business, KPIs, and commercial reasoning.
* Own all aspects of your business, from customer experience and stock operations to policies, payroll, profit protection, health & safety, and recruitment, with support from your District Manager and brand support.
* Set expectations within your management team, stepping into other roles as needed to upskill and provide on-the-spot feedback.
* Utilize reporting tools to monitor daily store performance, maximize trade opportunities, and react swiftly to risks.
* Ensure your team adheres to wardrobe, grooming, and operational standards, showcasing achievements through our digital platforms.
* Handle employee-related matters collaboratively with your People & Culture Advisor to resolve issues promptly.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our standalone store in Lakeside, Essex, has been open since 2008, typically trading from 09:00 to 21:00 (seasonally adjusted). The team is friendly, upbeat, and passionate about fashion, serving a diverse customer base. The store is approximately a 45-minute journey from London Fenchurch Street station.
