Job Overview - Part-Time - Nightshift:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our Nightshift team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care and support to patients within our Care Home. Canditates must have the right to work full time within the UK, we do not do sponsership.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Assist in implementing care plans under the supervision of healthcare providers
- Provide basic patient care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Utilize IT systems for record-keeping and data entry
Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
- Familiarity with care plans and procedures
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Experience in home care or care home environments is advantageous
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
