1. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Schedule andplete tasks at your own discretion.
2. Reactive Maintenance: Respond quickly to urgent issues—this role is heavy on reactives.
3. System Repairs & Diagnostics: Ensure plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems operate efficiently.
