This is a trainee electrical installation trainer/assessor position for a qualified and experienced electrician. No previous teaching or assessing experience is required, as full training and support are provided. The role involves training and assessing apprentice learners at various sites across Oxfordshire.

Would you be interested in an electrical installation training/assessing position? We are currently working with a client seeking an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor based in Oxfordshire. The client is willing to support a qualified electrician with electrical installation industry experience through assessor training.
The client is a successful and well-established training provider specializing in electrical installation apprentice training.
Package and Benefits:
* £36,500 to £38,300 Basic Salary + £5,000 Car Allowance (£41,500 to £43,300 Total Income)

Essential Experience and Qualifications:
* Fully Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent full recognized Apprenticeship and an AM2 Certificate
* Driving Licence and use of a car
* Minimum of 5 years working as an Electrician in industry
* Keen interest to work in education
Job Responsibilities:
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
* Permanent contract
* Home-based work (office work/diary planning, etc.)
* Training and assessing apprentice learners at various sites across Oxfordshire
* Supporting apprentices in building their NVQ portfolios
* Assessing apprentices' evidence and electrical work in the workplace
* Working with employers to support successful training of their apprentices
