REPORTS TO: Night Team Leader and/or Supervisor
THE ROLE
The role of a Night Operative is to ensure the housekeeping services throughout The Championships are delivered to the highest standards. Duties will be allocated by your Team Leader, Supervisor, or Night Manager and may include:
* Cleaning and stocking washrooms.
* Hard floor cleaning, which will include vacuuming, washing and mopping.
* Collecting and disposing of all the waste found around the site accordingly.
* Cleaning tables and chairs when required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Follow instructions from your Team Leader, Supervisor, and Night Manager, working cooperatively to complete allocated tasks to a high standard.
* Use the correct cleaning materials, equipment, and methods; keep items clean and tidy, return them to the correct storage areas, and report any faults immediately.
* Wear full uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplied by TSS, ensuring you remain well-presented throughout your shift.
* Adhere to all Health and Safety legislation and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses promptly to the TSS Management Team.
* Remain vigilant and escalate any safety or security concerns to your Team Leader, Supervisor, or the AELTC Security Team.
* Accurately follow shift procedures, including clocking in/out, signing keys in/out, and collecting/returning your uniform and TSS devices.
* Attend training as required by the TSS Training & Recruitment Department and comply with TSS Policies and Procedures, as explained during Discovery Day
