Senior Residential Support Worker Key Responsibilities
* Lead shifts and support staff across daily operations
* Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
* Manage young peoples behaviours and respond appropriately to incidents
* Supervise staff and support their development
* Complete management tasks set by the Registered Manager
* Support with staff inductions and act as a point of delegation
Requirements:
