Online Customer Service Consultant

A very rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an Online Customer Service Consultant to join the C W Sellors Fine Jewellery e-commerce office based in Ashbourne.

C W Sellors has a worldwide established e-commerce presence, including our luxury watch website www.jurawatches.co.uk and fine jewellery website www.cwsellors.co.uk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven customer service professional to join our successful and growing e-commerce team.

THE ROLE

Online Customer Service Department

* Deliver exceptional customer care at all times
* Respond to customer queries within our agreed response timeframe
* Handle customer enquiries across different platforms, including live chats, phone calls, emails and WhatsApp
* Build relationships with customers and use initiative when dealing with queries
* Work with the warehouse team and our couriers to solve problems and promote our level of service
* Provide support to our stores and other departments within head office
* Resolve product and service issues, from determining the cause, explaining the solution, and following up to ensure resolution
* Develop a strong knowledge of our collections to identify and convert sales leads

* You have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations
* You have strong communication skills and a personable approach to problem solving, and you endeavour to deliver a high standard customer experience

* You are proactive, flexible, and committed; weekend work as required with flexibility during peak times
* Strong written skills and a good phone manner are essential to this role

About you:

You will be an excellent communicator and have an engaging telephone manner. You will be target‑driven and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment. You will be confident in sharing your ideas and giving feedback. We have daily team meetings where we review progress and share our wins and struggles, so your input is important.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads, enquiries and sales via email, live‑chat and telephone
* Answer customer enquiries, provide information on products and services
* Process payments, sales and customer orders

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in a sales role
* Proficient writing skills and good use of English language
* Experience of working in a digital/online environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Website Online Order Management and Dispatch Assistant

Due to fast expansion of our online business, a vacancy for an Online Order Management and Dispatch Assistant has arisen based at our Head Office in Ashbourne. With an aim to support the online sales team and optimise the website visitor experience, the role will be target and performance driven.

About you:

As a self‑starter, excellent communicator and problem solver you will ensure all customers receive our usual high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with online sales order processing including customer liaison both by phone and face to face and taking payments
* Order management
* Responsibility for receiving customer returns and repairs
* Responsibility for dispatching a large volume of orders both within the UK and overseas
* Work with the stock team, workshop and stores and oversee movement of stock for order fulfilment
* Stock allocation

Skills & Experience

* Proficient writing skills and good use of English language
* Experience of working in a digital/online environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Ability to work accurately with attention to detail

Jewellery Trade Sales Office Co‑ordinator

Full Time Position with Excellent Career Prospects

Due to the fast and continued expansion of our Trade Sales department, a vacancy for a Full‑time Trade Sales Coordinator has now become available to be based at our Ashbourne Head office.

The successful applicant will be–

* Experienced within a sales focused environment
* Well organised and able to manage a demanding workload
* Highly computer literate and able to work with all Microsoft Office applications
* Very accurate and methodical in all working practices
* Capable of high levels of attention to detail
* Experienced within a similar position in a fast‑moving environment
* Friendly, polite, approachable and a team player

Key Responsibilities include–

* Processing of Customer Orders
* Communicating with customers via telephone and e‑mail
* Turning enquiries into Sales opportunities
* Building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers
* Quality control of outgoing jewellery product
* Invoicing Customer Orders
* Producing spreadsheets and reports as required
* Assisting in the implementation of a new company costing system
* Any other tasks and responsibilities as deemed appropriate to the role


E‑Commerce Website and Online Sales Consultant

To be based at our Ashbourne (Derbyshire) Head Office

Hours of Work - 8.30am - 5.30pm (Includes Weekend Work & Additional hours as necessary)

Due to the fast and continued expansion of our online business, a vacancy for a Full‑time Website and Online Sales Consultant has now become available at our Ashbourne (DE6) Head office.

Our Sales Consultants are dedicated team players with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience when visiting our online stores. Working towards personal and team targets, you will play a key role in the overall success in the growth of our online stores; developing and continually updating your product knowledge whilst sharing your passion about our growing range of fantastic products.

The Successful Applicant will be –

* Highly sales focused with First‑Class customer service skills
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Computer literate, with a high level of word processing skills
* Well organised and able to manage a demanding workload

* Proactively answer and deal with customer enquiries, providing information on products and services
