In this role, as a Multi-Skilled Engineer you will carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance for a range of building maintenance such as lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, fire alarm interfaces and control systems. Additionally, you will need to support with wider building services such as basic mechanical, basic plumbing and HVAC tasks.
This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a background in commercial electrical building maintenance, with a level 3 in Electrical Installation or similar as well as the 18 Edition for Wiring regulations .You will also require a UK driving license.
