Role responsibilities include:
1. Delivering a sustainable procurement service, including customer service and supplier performance.
2. Developing and focusing on procurement strategy.
3. Overseeing Requests for Quotations and assessing submissions.
4. Managing subcontractor contracts, budgets, and payments.
5. Managing subcontractor changes.
6. Conducting cost comparisons for suppliers.
7. Managing Supply Chain Coordinator.
8. Establishing effective policies and processes.
9. Coordinating project procurement and logistics with Project Managers.
10. Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of project materials to the correct locations.
Person profile:
1. Hold a CIPS qualification.
2. Strong negotiation skills.
3. Analytical mindset.
4. Excellent relationship management skills.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Risk management experience.
7. Strategic sourcing capabilities.
8. Financial and commercial acumen.
9. Strong leadership qualities.
10. Leadership with a long-term perspective.
