About the Role As a Social Worker - Experienced Adults, you will be responsible for responding to crisis situations, conducting home visits in the Gloucestershire area, and contributing to safeguarding front door hub work. You will help individuals connect with resources that empower independence or provide them with the support they need, always focusing on their strengths and community networks using the Three Conversation approach. This role is based primarily in the locality team, with a requirement to work in Tewkesbury three days a week, including face-to-face visits and meetings. The successful candidate will have experience with Adult Social Care, multi-agency collaboration, and court environments, particularly Court of Protection work.
