Responsibilities: We deliver confident 1st and 2nd line support across a busy enterprise-level environment. We own incidents from start to finish and drive them to fast, effective resolution. We act as the go-to person for escalations and team support as Deputy Shift Leader. We support and guide junior engineers and help raise team performance. We help improve processes, service quality, and overall team effectiveness. We take ownership in a high-energy shift environment and contribute to smooth service desk operations. We work on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern and provide support within a hybrid working model, with 1 day per week in the office.
