This role will play a key part in shaping and deploying a consistent operational system across all sites while building capability and driving sustainable change. Operational Excellence Manager (Group) Permanent Competitive Package Bonus Benefits Welwyn Garden City (Multi-Site Role) Key Responsibilities Develop, deploy and evolve a standardised operating system to align processes, behaviours and performance frameworks across the group. Coach and support site leadership teams to embed Lean, CI and operational governance structures, ensuring consistency and operational maturity. Lead and guide improvement projects focused on delivery performance, quality, efficiency, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. Build CI capability by developing operational excellence champions, delivering structured training and facilitating improvement workshops. Support strategy deployment, SIOP processes and standardised performance management tools to ensure operational control and measurable improvement.Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications Proven operational excellence and continuous improvement background within a manufacturing environment. Strong Lean / Six Sigma foundation with experience implementing CI methodologies. Ability to influence, coach and guide senior stakeholders and operational teams. Comfortable working across multiple sites and driving sustainable cultural change. Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
