Eligible to work full-time in the UK. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (telephone or online). Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills. Strong IT skills and ability to work accurately at pace. Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset. Desirable: Experience in office supplies or similar industry.
