Our Client, a dynamic and fast-growing accountancy firm, is seeking an ambitious and driven Audit professional to join their Christchurch office. Whether you're currently an Assistant Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Manager seeking a fresh challenge, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
What You'll Be DoingDepending on your experience, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading or supporting the management and review of audit engagements
* Mentoring and developing junior team members
* Handling complex audit areas and non-routine accounting transactions
* Preparing audit files for RI review
* Contributing to process improvements and firm-wide initiatives
* Building strong, long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience in audit
* Full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle
* Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
* Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
* Ambitious and motivated by career progression
