Job Description
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
1. Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittals and other requirements.
2. Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.
3. Prepare and maintain a three-week look-ahead schedule for all activities on the job site; submit to Project Manager and/or Prime contractor weekly.
4. Maintain daily reports to submit to Project Manager and or Prime contractor daily.
5. Review and adhere to project schedule.
6. Maintain project photos of all phases and features of work.
7. Maintain entire job site in neat and orderly manner.
8. Manage quality control by confirming that all equipment and material installed is what was submitted by subcontractor

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Construction Project Manager will have:
9. 3+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
10. Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
11. Experience with Procore would be a plus
12. Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
