Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 + Benefits

We are working with a well-established independent insurance broker in Horsham, looking to appoint a Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded insurance professional to focus on new business development across all classes of commercial insurance.
The Role:
Develop and manage new business opportunities within the commercial insurance sector.
Build strong relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
Work across all classes of commercial insurance, from SME packages to more complex risks.
Liaise with underwriters and other insurers to negotiate competitive terms.
Maintain high standards of client service, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a commercial insurance broking role, ideally with new business exposure.
Strong understanding of all classes of commercial insurance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with a proactive approach to generating business.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.What’s on Offer:

10% paid on renewal growth annually 20% on new business monthly – target £8k company income per month
