The Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with class teachers to support nursery and reception pupils
* Assist in delivering structured and play-based learning activities
* Support children with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs
* Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress, providing feedback to teachers
* Encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners
* Prepare classroom resources and assist with day-to-day routines
Additionally, you will help facilitate outdoor learning, creative play, and school trips, creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.
