Job Title: Administrator (Part-Time) Reports to: Office Manager Location: Biggin Hill, Kent Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time Salary: £33,280 pro-rata (£26,624 for 4 days) About the Company Our client is a professional commercial contract cleaning company, delivering high-quality cleaning services to clients across various sectors. About the Role We’re seeking a highly organised and analytically-minded Administrator to join their friendly team. This varied role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, and providing vital support to both clients and colleagues in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideally suited for someone who lives locally and is looking for a position closer to home, avoiding the hassle of commuting into London. Key Responsibilities for the Administrator: Managing incoming calls and emails, assisting clients and staff with queries Preparing and issuing cleaning quotations, including contract pricing and annual price adjustments Ordering and tracking cleaning products, uniforms, and office supplies Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and records for stock, machinery, and site information Updating client, site, and staff details in Cleanlink and SharePoint Assisting with recruitment and HR administration (advertising roles, onboarding, staff records) Coordinating with suppliers for hygiene unit installations, deliveries, and vehicle servicing Supporting management with reporting, documentation, and ad hoc administrative tasks About You You are a proactive professional who combines administrative efficiency with strong analytical skills. You enjoy managing data in Excel, paying close attention to detail, and working collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.
