Rate of Pay / Hours: £32,000 per Annum Plus TRONC, Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 45 Hours per Week

At Malmaison forty percent of all revenue comes from catering sales. In many of our hotels we can be busier in our Brasseries than most local restaurants! This gives our chef brigades a great opportunity to develop themselves within our kitchens. We offer on the job training in house as well as working with our training provider to offer nationally recognized apprenticeships. If you want to progress your career a Mal kitchen is the place to do it. Over 50% of our Head Chefs have been promoted from within with 3 starting their journey as kitchen porters.

Our Sustainability Goals:
