General Description
The Intern, Strategic Partnerships will support strategy, analysis, operations, and execution for our development superhighway initiative, collaborating with teams across business development, legal, finance, clinical development, manufacturing, and operations. This internship suits college students interested in biotechnology and oncology therapeutic development. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, proactive, eager to understand science, technology, and complex aspects of novel therapeutics.
Essential Functions of the Job
* Strategy Framework Construction: Assist with building frameworks that identify companies who would be ideal candidates for the BeOne Superhighway.
* Strategic Scouting: Develop and deploy screening tools to evaluate emerging biotech companies with specified criteria to match fit company’s needs.
* Insight Generation: Develop insights from deal news, financial transcripts, conference presentations, and clinical data updates to support evaluation and the development of actionable engagement strategies.
Computer Skills
Familiarity with natural language processing and prompt engineering

Salary Range

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
