We are looking for a new Assistant Service Manager for our brilliant service in Leatherhead. This service supports 6 young adults with autism and learning disabilities to live independently.
You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life, by using positive behaviour support and work within an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to people's wellbeing. You will need to be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate and believe strongly in great leadership.

You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and be able to lead staff to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking.
