Job Title: Health & Safety Business Partner
Location: Based in the South of England, with hybrid working arrangements. You will have the flexibility to work from home and be based at one of our national offices, such as London, Southampton, or Welwyn Garden City.
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. A car allowance and benefits such as a health cash plan and Wagestream are included.

Role Overview: As a Health and Safety Business Partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders within your Southern region, support operational management with training programs, conduct health and safety audits, and compile management reports. You will also support procurement processes and maintain relationships within the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with stakeholders within your region to promote health and safety.
* Support operational management teams with training and development.
* Conduct health and safety checks, audits, and inspections; produce performance reports.
* Assist in procurement processes related to health and safety.
* Engage and collaborate with colleagues within the health and safety team.
Candidate Requirements:
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, Graduate IOSH membership, actively working towards CMIOSH, maintaining CPD as per IOSH guidelines.
* Experience in maintenance/construction health and safety management or similar roles.
* Experience in risk assessments, method statements, and supporting construction health and safety.
* Ability to analyze incidents and produce investigation reports.
* Experience in developing health and safety policies and procedures.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Full UK driving license for business purposes.
