· Responsible for managing the procedures for the newly refurbished office to ensure a great working environment
· Ensure the smooth running of the office
· Provide reception coverage
· Manage external suppliers servicing the office
· Assist in organising events
· Liaise with international offices
· Ensure statutory obligations are met and coordinate health and safety requirements
· Arrange travel and accommodation as needed
